Finca el Alamillo is located 1Km. from Galaroza, in the central and most leafy part of the Natural Park of Sierra de Aracena y Picos de Aroche, one of the largest forested áreas in Andalucía, with a mix of chesnut, cork and evergreen oak trees… thanks to its gentle geography and its ample network of footpaths, the beauty of this natural environment can be enjoyed by everyone. It is a 14 hectare farm given to organic agricultura and livestock, a peaceful space where simplicity and the true joy of rural life can be enjoyed. We wish to share with you our three houses, El Alamillo (the Poplar house), El Castañero (the Chesnut house) and El Manantial (The Spring house). All three houses have thick stone walls that were originally used as agricultural buildings and have now been refurbished retaining the tradicional architecture of the area with chesnut bearns and arabic tiles. In the lower part of the farm, next to a stream and a leafy poplar grove, we find el Alamillo house, surrounded by walnut trees, and in the upper part, surrounded by chesnut and cork trees, are the other houses, el Castañero and El Manantial.
